2025 Scholarship Application and Instructions
1. DEADLINE for receipt of scholarship applications is Monday, March 31, 2025.
2. Refer to Criteria and Application Process below for eligibility requirements and for instructions on how to complete the application online or how to complete the application by mail.

Criteria:
1. Applicant must be a U.S. citizen.
2. Applicant must be enrolled at Amite County High School or Heidelberg High School.
3. Applicant must be a graduating senior in the year of the award.
4. Applicant must enroll at an accredited four-year or two-year college or university for the Fall 2025 semester. A four-year college or university is a post-secondary institution that offers at least a Bachelor's degree upon successful completion of established graduation requirements. A two-year college or university is a post-secondary institution, such as a community or junior college, that offers an Associate’s degree upon successful completion of established graduation requirements.
Application Process:
Applicant must either submit the application online OR by mail the following documents: Application Form, Personal Essay, Letter of Recommendation, and Statement of Accuracy.
If completing the application ONLINE: You will answer the Application Form questions, Personal Essay, Statement of Accuracy, and upload your Letter of Recommendation online. To complete the application online, click here.
If completing the application BY MAIL: You will download the Application Form, Personal Essay template, and Statement of Accuracy from the bottom of this webpage. Please mail your completed documents to:

Please Note: The Letter of Recommendation should be signed and provided by one of your teachers, administrators, counselors, employers, or another individual with significant knowledge of your experience and aptitude. The Letter of Recommendation should include your name.
The scholarship committee may also verify GPAs and ACT/SAT scores with the high school counselor, as needed.
Applicants should complete the application online or mail the completed application documents by the deadline of Monday, March 31, 2025.
